Regulatory Updates
COSTHA actively represents members’ interests globally at a variety of domestic and international committees, working groups and advisory councils.
Our involvement at this level allows members to introduce new technologies, share challenges and industry practices, and when possible, avoid unnecessary or restrictive regulations that could become practical challenges in modal implementation.
COSTHA has Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) status and leads a delegation of members to submit proposals, host pre meeting calls with members to review papers, provide expertise on issues of concern, influence sub-committee and working group decisions, and provide summary of papers and reports for the UNSCOE TDG and ADR Joint Meeting (RID/ADR/ADN), see individual pages linked below for details (member login required for access).
