Ongoing Regulatory Initiatives:

- Ongoing discussions on this issue at the RID/ADR/ADN Joint Meeting led COSTHA to submit following an informal paper at the March 2025 Session of the Joint Meeting (see INF.16 below). Additional time was required to further the development of possible regulatory text to properly frame the issue, an informal working group was formed that would meet between the March and September sessions of the Joint Meeting; the second COSTHA informal paper submitted at this session contained the terms of refence for the informal working group (see INF.49 below).
