If you have questions, we maintain a vast archive of information on rulemaking. If we don’t find answers there, our technical consultants will request clarification or interpretation from the US DOT on behalf of members.

He is also a life-long learner in the science and art of leadership and organization development.

Don has over 40 years of experience managing health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance programs. Areas of expertise include dangerous goods transportation, hazard communication, chemical risk and exposure assessment, chemical control and waste management.

Tom Ferguson
Lead Technical Consultant
With 14+ years in the dangerous goods transportation industry, Tom leads the COSTHA delegation to the United Nations Sub Committee on the Transport of Dangerous Goods. 

Julie Prescott
Sr. Technical Consultant
Julie recently obtained her DGSA certification and has over 18 years of experience in the dangerous goods transportation industry, participating in the regulatory drafting for development and amendment of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Regulations, and the Transportation of Dangerous Goods - Manual of Tests and Criteria regulations. Up until 2016, Julie was on staff with Transport Canada’s TDG Directorate.

Rodolfo has over 10 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics and dangerous goods transportation compliance. He previously served as the Bilingual Dangerous Goods Transportation Compliance support for 50+ Mexico and Latin America sites for a major global manufacturer.

Adria is a multi-certified environmental service, and dangerous goods professional with over 5 years of experience working in the regulatory compliance industry.
